How does the XP game work?
Create your player in Step 1. In Step 2, tap Apply on any job card, then tap I applied when you are done to bank 25 XP. Check in once a day for 10 XP, finish daily quests for bonus XP, and collect badges as you climb from Rookie to Legend.

Yes. Every posting is a real entry-level listing, refreshed every morning and screened for work authorization red flags, so you do not waste applications on roles that block OPT outright. Always confirm the details with the recruiter before you apply.
